BILLING POLICY

The price you will be charged for the order will be the total amount shown in the shopping cart when checking out, that will be the shirt price plus the shipping fee. We process payments through paypal only at this time and don't store customer's payment information anywhere. Your transaction will be 100% safe and secure with us at Tailored-Tees.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after your payment is received. Once it has been shipped out it will take 3-8 business days for delivery within North American and 7-20 business days elsewhere. US/International orders are shipped by USPS and Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post and USPS. At this time we only provide tracking for orders being shipped to the US. For tracking please check the link in the email confirmation that was sent to you.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Buyers are responsible for returning any shirts that are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the tshirt (excluding shipping costs). We can only offer a 100% refund for defective orders because we are a custom order shop. We can take back items that do not fit or you simply want to return with a $7 restocking fee for t-shirts, $8 for cell phone case, $9 for long sleeve, $15 fee for Hoodies (buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns - restocking fees are per shirt/phone case). TailoredTees offers a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Please email tailoredteescanada@gmail.com for an RMA number and the address to which your shirt should be returned. Upon receipt, TailoredTees will refund your purchase.

All returns and exchanges must be completed within 15 days of purchase. Any change from the original color shirt offered, is considered final sale.

Please keep in mind we create designs that match on our computer screens BUT graphics can print differently depending on the shirt color as well as the style/material. We do not guarantee an exact color match. Please consider this before confirming your purchases as we will not grant refunds or exchanges for orders that simply aren't the exact colors you were hoping for.
