Buyers are responsible for returning any items you would like to return in the original packaging and in new condition within 15 days of the original purchase. You will be refunded for price you paid for the item you want to return (excluding shipping costs) and less a $7 restocking fee for T-shirts, $9 restocking fee for longsleeves, and $15 restocking fee for Hoodies. We can only offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective orders because each of the item is custom made just for you.
